There may be occasions when you require some services to compliment the knowledge and competency of the people in your organization. Or you might just prefer to outsource IT maintenance completely. This is a small list of services we offer:

On Site Support

Some problems require onsite support and troubleshooting. We have built a strong team of Tally experts who can deliver services anywhere in India and abroad.


Telephonic and Remote Support

Our remote support and troubleshooting services give you the greatest leverage for your IT budget. Sophisticated remote access tools and experienced support staff combine to enable us to resolve most problems without wasting time and expenses by traveling to your site. We are pioneers in providing Remote Tally Support to deliver fast and low cost solutions.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

AMC provides you reliable, quick and guaranteed support where the costs on any unforeseen risks are shared with the Service Partner. This would typically be in the range of 30% per year (of the entire solutions and license value).

Need Based (Per Call) Support

In this case, you will have to reach out to the TI for any support or upkeep requirements, as the need arises. The risks and rewards become entirely yours, unlike in an AMC which is a shared risk model.

Advatages:
Ideal if your support requirements are low. Costs could be in the range of Rs.3600 - Rs.9000 per person day. You benefit if the support and redevelopments on existing solutions to make it compatible with the latest releases requirements are minimal
